Thunder Bay Good Food Box

The Thunder Bay Good Food Box is a non-profit, volunteer powered, community based, food security program, administered by the Northwestern Ontario Women’s Centre since 2005.

It is a fruit & vegetable distribution program that aims to improve access to Good Food by making low cost, high quality, fresh produce available in neighborhoods across the city. It is intended to assist individuals access affordable fresh produce 12 months a year.

Buying a Good Fod Box gives you a low cost way to get fresh fruits and vegetables delivered to your neighbourhood or building.

Fresh produce is ordered directly from the terminal, thanks to our partnership with Westfort Foods. We include local produce in the Good Food Box in season, whenever possible. The Good Food Box is also a great way to get connected and involved in your community.
