We are pleased to announce that United Way of Thunder Bay has awarded a grant to the Northwestern Ontario Women’s Centre in support of our Good Food Box Program, a non-profit, volunteer powered, community based, food security initiative. Our aim is to increase access to fresh, quality produce for low income or food insecure people by making it affordable and available in neighbourhoods, housing buildings, organizations, and participating First Nations.

We wish to express our appreciation to the United Way of Thunder Bay and all of the volunteers, individual donors and corporate supporters who are making a difference in the lives of so many in our community.

Thanks, United Way of Thunder Bay!
